Simply contact your provider and request your PIN code and account number. Once you have these, our own customer service team will guide you through the cell phone number porting process.
HOW TO PORT
Porting your existing cell number to Lycamobile is easy. Just follow the simple steps below:
1. Contact your existing provider
Contact your existing provider, tell them you wish to change provider and ask them for your PIN code and account number. Check with them that there is no charge for this.
2. Receive your PIN code
Once you receive your PIN code and account number, call Lycamobile Customer Services and one of our Customer representatives will help you to begin the porting process.
3. Your number is live with Lycamobile
As soon as your number is live with Lycamobile, we will send you a text to let you know. Please DO NOT activate your SIM card before you have requested your Port in to Lycamobile.
