The Lycamobile refer-a-friend promotion (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by Lycamobile having its registered office at 3rd Floor, Walbrook Building, 195 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SG. (the 'Company').
These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.
Offer
1. Any existing Lycamobile customer can participate by registering their name, mobile number and email address in the option “Recommend a friend and get a free credit” at. Upon registration, you will become a referrer (“Referrer/s”) and will be given a unique web link to share with friends and family who are not already Lycamobile customers (“Friends”) and who are happy to receive the link from you.
2. Friends must use the link to register their details and make a Qualifying Purchase.
3. After a Friend making a Qualifying Purchase, Referrer and Friend will receive a link to claim a 25% top-up credit voucher or a 50% discount voucher on national bundles (“Reward”), which will be rewarded after the renewal of the Friend’s monthly bundle or second top-up , subject to these Terms & Conditions, delivered by SMS or email used to register for the Promotion (the “Offer”). Numbers of referrals are unlimited. Rewards may be subject to availability and/or reward links may be active only for a limited period. Unless set out otherwise, you must use the reward link to claim a reward within 12 months of the link being sent to you . No cash or other alternatives.
4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Referrers’ and Friends’ (“Users”) personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. Lycamobile will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as amended from time to time.
6. Lycamobile reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms & Conditions, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
Qualifying Purchases
8. A “Qualifying Purchase” is the purchase of a new Prepaid or Pay As You Go plans of at least £ 10 from Lycamobile using the referral link only.
9. Purchases made via third party sellers do not qualify. Purchases that are returned during the Change of Mind period or otherwise disconnected or in arrears do not qualify. Any Friends and/or Referrers suspected of fraud will be disqualified.
